ABOUT
Niro Engineering is an independent UK engineering company based at the Daresbury Innovation Centre in Warrington. The business was originally established as Technomot in 2004 and, following the continued development of the organisation and it evolved into Niro Engineering in 2016
Today, Niro brings together a highly experienced team of engine designers, analysts, performance specialists and project engineers with a shared background in the development of heavy-duty engines and power systems.
HERITAGE
Our engineering heritage is closely connected with the UK Heavy-Duty Engine industry and includes experience gained through organisations such as Ruston, Mirrlees, Paxman and MAN.
Members of the Niro team have contributed to major engine development programmes over many years, building specialist knowledge in large-engine architecture, mechanical design, combustion, performance, durability and product development.
This heritage continues to shape the way Niro approaches engineering today: combining proven engineering principles with modern analysis, development and validation methods.
